The Polished Man explained

During the month of October, a new movement has started. People like Chris Hemsworth and Alec Baldwin have joined the cause. I’m talking about “Polished Man”, a project by YGAP. It’s a hit on the social media like Instagram, to end violence against children.

1 in 5 children fall victim to physical or sexual violence before they turn 18. That’s one too many. It shouldn’t hurt to be a child, and we all have the power to change this.” Is their reason of moving. The images of man with one fingernail painted in several colors with the hashtag #polishedman is going viral all over the world. Thousands of men are posting their photos showing their hands with a polished fingernail to raise awareness about sexual abuse amongst the children and of course to help raise money for the victims of this abuse. Every day, new men join the #polishedman movement, but also famous people join to be a part of it.

A little applause for YGAP, entrepreneurs that change lives from Australia. The project is such a success they’ve already raised $428,644, and it’s only the 10th of October! Could you even imagine how many children they can help, and what good they can do to even prevent these terrible things from happening? So… Will you join too?

A double espresso #coffee before my workout and 8th day of campaign. I need to change the colour this weekend I think! What shall I get? This #Gelish is lasting forever! Why am I doing this? ? 1 in 5 children are subject to physical and/or sexual violence before the age of 18. That’s one too many. The power to stop this is on our hands. It starts with painting a fingernail. That nail leads to a conversation. That conversation inspires a donation. That donation allows for prevention and protection. It ends with a world where no child suffers from violence. Polished Man. Nail it to end it this #October. Please donate #charity #dogood #donate #protectchildren #love #nails #polishedman #philanthropy #gym #hublot #watch #hublotbigbang
